Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without adjustment

• No-shows or late cancellations are charged the full session rate

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
